Our Pilates Classes are based on the Pilates method modified and taught by a chartered physiotherapist. Our success relies on our medical background and research-based approach to modified Pilates training.

Stronger for Longer is a strength and conditioning class. It is focused on using both body weight and weights to build muscle strength and improve overall fitness to enhance your quality of life.

Pilates and Stronger for longer classes available for all levels; Beginner, improver, Intermediate and Advanced classes available. We can organise a short remote consultation to screen you before starting the classes.
