Jack Sargent

Jack graduated from University College Dublin (UCD) in 2022 and has four years of experience across hospital and private practice settings, including the past two years working as a physiotherapist in Australia. Jack has a particular clinical interest in orthopaedics, post-operative rehabilitation and musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, taking a patient-centred approach to help people build confidence, achieve their goals and return to doing what they love.

Jack has experience working with people of all ages, including the ageing population, and understands the importance of maintaining strength, mobility and independence to support healthy ageing. Whether the goal is returning to sport, recovering from surgery, managing an injury or simply living a more active life, Jack uses his experience and background to empower each person to reach their individual goals.

Outside of physiotherapy, Jack has a strong passion for sport and staying active. He previously played Gaelic football for the Kildare Senior Football Team and currently plays for Eadestown GAA. He also enjoys taking on physical challenges and endurance events, including completing the Gap of Dunloe Hardman Marathon in 2024.
