Lesley Lowe

Lesley graduated from University of Ulster, Jordanstown in 2013 with an honours degree in physiotherapy and has worked in private practice for 10 years. She specialises in sports injuries, strength and conditioning, Osteoporosis, vertigo, balance, jaw (TMJ) pain, and cancer rehab. She is also certified as a Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer physiotherapist.

Lesley has worked with multiple sports clubs over the years including rugby, football, hurling and hockey clubs and she has worked at the Dublin city Marathon. She has a keen interest in Pilates and is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor for all levels from beginner to advanced. Lesley enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities to keep active and involved in their activities. 

In her spare time, Lesley's hobbies include hiking, running, gym and travelling.
