Sarah Bates
Sara originally form Dublin, graduated from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2011 with an honours degree in physiotherapy. She has since gained professional experience in Belgium, France, New Zealand and Ireland.
Her clinical experience ranges from musculoskeletal aches and pain, sports injuries, pre and post natal physio, neurological rehab, post-operative orthopaedics and strength and conditioning. Sara also teaches Pilates’. She loves establishing goal orientated rehab plans and helping patients to return to full function and do what they love.
Sara has worked with rugby teams and professional athletes as well as in her own clinic in Belgium. In her spare time she can be found mountain biking, walking her dog, reading or doing yoga. Sara consults in English, French and Spanish.
